All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount, depending on your region. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country’s laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.

A remote area surcharge applies to certain locations in some countries. This fee is shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the surcharge still applies for remote areas.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. We aim to process all orders placed before 23:00 on the same day. During busy periods, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email and can expect your order based on the timeline below. Delivery times are estimated.
